tender for patch repair in vikashkhand muhhamadabad odr and vr group-1- 1 w.b.m (grade-3) providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm to water bound macadam (g-3) specification including spreading in uniform loose thickness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50 cm thickness to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405. ( excluding gst) 2 ctbproviding , laying and spreading material on a prepared subgbase adding cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manually, mixingin place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at omc to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer sub base. ( excluding gst) 3 providing and applying primer coat with bitumen slow setting emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per technical specification clasue 502.
