( excluding gst) 2 ctbproviding , laying and spreading material on a prepared subgbase adding cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manually, mixingin place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at omc to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer sub base. ( excluding gst) 3 providing and applying primer coat with bitumen slow setting emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per technical specification clasue 502.
