(approximately 150kg). 3 labour charges for filling of transformer oil into power transformer through filter machine. 4 labour charges for transformer oil filtration in main tank and oltc ( hot oil circulation) & filteration upto satisfactory value is achieved. 5 labour charges for gland workof control cables including the cost of glands. 19 mm 6 labour charges for gland workof control cables including the cost of glands. 25mm 7 labour charges for gland workof control cables including the cost of glands. 28mm 8 labour charges for gland workof control cables including the cost of glands. 32 mm 9 supply and labour charges for termination of cable core end including the cost of cable socket, lugs, ferruls, strap etc., as per cable schedule in power transformer, marshalling box, dm box, lv panel, rtcc panel, oltc and where ever required. 10 labour charges for providing skilled workmen during transformer busing ct testing, pre commissioning testing and commissioning of the auto transformer. 11 labour charges for making panel cutout and mounting of differential relayor any other auxiliary relays annunciator, facial type etc in rtcc panel or other panels using panel cutter. 12 labour charges for internal wiring of auto/power transformer including replacement of existing old cables, or laying new cables for connecting marshalling box,wti,oti,mog, oil and winding temperature. 13 labour and material charges for civil works(a frame and cooler fan and radiatorframe structure foundation and cooler pipe linesupport foundation ) 14 erection of lv side structure for providing 11kv cable 15 hire charges for transportation of75mm bus bar and empty oil drum (upto 100kms) ( from pallavaram 110kv ss).
