supply of vfd for 5760kw, 6.6kv motor vfd for 5760kw, 6.6kv motor of iocl barauni-wgc package , fully assembled unit of 5760 kw, 6.6 kv water cooled vfd panels ( igbt / igct / sgct ) with onan type input transformer with bumpless transfer feature from one vfd to another and vice versa, o / p choke ( if required ) alongwith power cables between choke and vfd, glands, lugs and termination kit for output choke. vfd panel shall include output pt ( if required ) , flameproof local control station ( lcs ) , flameproof emergency push button ( epb ) station for input transformers , plc panel , cable glands ( flameproof ) , lugs & termination kits for power cables terminations in both vfds ( both ends ) & transformers ( both ends ) ; cable glands ( flameproof ) and lugs for all cable terminations in local control station ( lcs ) ; glands ( flameproof ) & lugs for cables between both vfds & lcs terminating in vfd; glands ( flameproof ) & lugs for control cables between both vfds & transformer terminating in vfd; glands ( flameproof ) & lugs for control cables between vfd & transformer terminating in transformer. , laptop loaded with drive software and plc software , commissioning spares for plc of vfd , mandatory spares for vfd & transformer ( 02 sets each ) , training for customer engineers for 10 mandays at site , erection supervision & commissioning charges for plc & vfds ( vendor to quote lumpsum commissioning charges for 30 days for 2 nos. vfds and 1 no. plc which shall be considered for bid evaluation ) , post warranty annual maintenance contract service ( minimum 1 visit per quarter ) charges for 5 years in attached format ( optional price for ordering however considered during evaluation of the lowest bidder ) , freight charges for material shipment up to project site
