bids are invited for custom bid for services - undertaking defect rectification on fc unit onboard ins vela - repair/ replacement of fc128, fc228, fc529, fc527 and fc530 ac unit evaporator & evaporator fan. job involves following:- 1.1 recovery of freon in empty cylinder. 1.2 pressure test with nitrogen up to 150 psi. 1.3 check the leakage in whole plant with the help of soap solution bubble test/ electronic freon leak detector. 1.4 arrest the leakage through brazing. 01 job 05 1.5 pressure test observed hold pressure for 24 hours then conduct vacuum test. 1.6 repair/ replacement of evaporator fan. 1.7 repair/ replacement of evaporator. 1.8 freon gas charge in all ac plant and check performance trial 1.9 repair/ replacement of ac unit variator and compressor valve 1.10 repair/ replacement of ac unit casing
