bids are invited for custom bid for services for special repair / renovation of store room cum changing room at sainik school balachadi; c construction of boundary wall 1(length- 45 ft)  there is existing foundation and wall of approx. height 1 ft from ground level. overall height is to be made 6 ft from ground level. wall to be constructed with bela stone (sample kept at school premises). width of wall to be minimum 9 inch. broken glass pieces to be installed on top surface of wall. cement plaster followed by two coat distemper (primer and finish coat) to be done on both sides for full height of wall. 2. construction of boundary wall 2(length- 130 ft)  fresh wall to be constructed starting from foundation (up to hard ground), the overall height of wall is to be made 6 ft from ground level. 6 inch pcc (with 4 in number 10mm tor steel rods and 8 mm tor steel ring, to be filled with cement and concrete.) wall to be constructed with bela stone (sample kept at school premises). width of wall to be minimum 9 inch. broken glass pieces to be installed on top surface of wall. cement plaster followed by two coat distemper (primer and finish coat) to be done on both sides for full height of wall. 3. construction of boundary wall 3(length- 100 ft)  fresh toe wall to be constructed starting from foundation (up to hard ground), the overall height of wall is to be made 2 ft from ground level. wall to be constructed with bela stone (sample kept at school premises). width of wall to be minimum 9 inch. cement plaster followed by two coat distemper (primer and finish coat) to be done on both sides for full height of wall. on top of toe wall chain link fencing to be installed. specifications of chain link fence are: -gi pvc coated chain link fencing (50 mm x 50 mm) 12 mm gauge hex shape on toe wall consisting of erection of 50 mm od (or equivalent square) ms pipe at approx. distance of 3 m. c/c vertical member, 35 mm od (or equivalent square) ms pipe on top and 35 mm od (or equivalent square) ms pipe at bottom providing one gate. complete with two coats of enamel paint with one coat of red oxide primer on ms pipe only.height of fence 2 m from toe wall. 4. cement plastering work  cement plastering of the quarters including surface preparation, scaffolding (if required) and proper finishing. curing and smooth finishing of plastered surfaces. two coat of distemper (interior)- shade to be confirmed by user department ser description details 5. water proofing roof providing and applying single component liquid applied elastomeric acrylic pu hybrid waterproofing coating system, thorough surface preparation, water jet cleaning. treatment of cracks on concrete surface with pu sealant. application of self-priming coat (33 % water dilution). 1st coat of dampproof ultra or roofseal or equivalent scheme without dilution spreading at .450 lt/sqm/coat with 45 gsm fibre mesh. 2nd coat of damproof ultra roofseal or equivalent scheme without dilution spreading at 0.450 lts/sqm. the system should achieve dry film thickness (dft) of minimum 450-500 microns)or complete equivalent schemewalls providing and applying high build durable exterior elastomeric high quality acrylic and high solid polymercontain and high dust pick up resistance, waterproofing wall coating. 6. gate installation  supply and fixing of 01 ms gate with all necessary fittings, hinges, locking arrangement and painting.dimesions- two parts of 6 ft x 6 ft each. 7. electrical works  supply and fixing of required electrical fittings :-swith boards 5amp- 4, swith board 15 amp-3, fans 3, tube lights- 3, led bulbs- 4, mcb 1, exhaust fan 2, 30 wt ledlights 4. 8. plumbing works  supply and fixing of plumbing fittings- taps – 04, washbasin-03, western comode -01, including required pipes and valves. repair/replacement of damaged water supply and drainage lines construction of 1 in no septic tank of 6x4x4 ft 9. windows and doors  installation of granite frames and doors and windows, doors - to be hard pvc make1 in number- length 82 inch x width 29 inch3 in number- length 82 inch x width 40 inch window- three rack aluminium section windows with grill.3 in number- 52 inch length x 35 inch width 2 in number- 52 inch length x 70 inch widthnote: sizes of doors and windows to be rechecked before installation for minor deviations 10. tiling work on floor no skid tiles -13ft x11 ft on walls – 48 ft x 6 ft 11. kitchen slab 19 ft x 2 ft - granite
