bids are invited for 9m113m0500007 unit- a)required input raw material steel bar 30khgsa dia 120mm @400kg/100 nos & nigrosine paint @5 kg/100 nos will be issued by bdl against submission of indemnity bond for rs.25 lakhs. b)heat treatment,hydraulic pressure test & electroplating operations are in party scope. c)electroplating &painting : (i)plating :electroless phospating followed by chromate treatment & oil treatment. (ii)paintng:impregrate the components in adhesive sa4 mixed with nigrosine of grase ‘a’. (iii)marking:mark the components with white enamel at 2 places as shown in the sketch. (iv)required chemicals for painting in bdl scope. d)all required jigs, fixture, gauges, tools, inspection instruments and testing instruments are in party scope. e)process rejection allowance: 5% is allowed. if rejection exceeds material cost will be recovered. process rejections are to be returned to bdl. f)raw material consumption statement to be submitted along with every lot/batch of supply. g)final inspection (pdi) at party premises before electroplating operation /painting total quantity : 5333
