bids are invited for 9m113m0304001 support-1. scope of work: a) required input raw material ai.tube24345 wp dia 100*15mm thick @42.6 kg/100 nos will be issued by bdl against submission of ib for rs.2.74 lakhs. b) intermediate heat treatment operation (if required) is in bdl scope. electroplating operation is in party scope. c) electroplating: chromic anodisation with bicromate passivation, pre-cleaning & in process cleaning operations to be done as per technological requirement. required chemicals & ingredients are in party scope. d) all required jigs, fixture, gauges, tools, inspection instruments and testing instruments are in party scope. e) process rejection allowance: 3% is allowed. if rejection exceeds material cost will be recovered. process rejections are to be returned. 2. certificates required: a)self inspection reports & electroplating certificates( ep certificate should contain the details (i) visual inspection (ii) coating thickness as per epa & drg.) are to be submitted along with each lot/batch of supplies. b)raw material consumption statement to be submitted along with every lot/batch of supply. 3. delivery schedule: supply within 3 months from the date of issue of raw material. early supplies are acceptable. supplies shall commence after completion of earlier po’s. 4. validity of the offer: the quoted prices will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of submission of bid and prices are firm and not subject to alternation / variation on any account. 5. split order ratio: 60:40 6. purchase preference clause: provisions as per make in india order 2017 will be applicable for the vendors/service providers. 7. ld clause: time is the essence of the p.o and delivery should be strictly insisted upon according to the delivery schedule given in the sos/pos. in the event the supplier fails to deliver the goods/ service, within the stipulated delivery period, bdl reserves the right to recover from the supplier, ld and not by way of penalty an amount as detailed in terms and conditions. a sum of 0.5% of the price only of the stores (including duties, taxes) which the supplier has failed to deliver as aforesaid for each week of delay or part thereof, subject to a maximum of 10%. in case of extension of delivery period, increase in taxes shall not be borne by bdl, if delay is attributable to vendor. 8. option clause: the purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 50% of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. the purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity by up to 50% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. bidders are bound to accept the orders accordingly. 9. manufacturing of components: should be as per the drawing provided by bdl. 10. in-process and final inspection: bdl representatives are authorized to inspect during in process and final inspection at party works as per the requirement. 11. input raw materials: to be collected by party. 12. finished components: should be delivered to bdl stores in proper packing condition (wrap in oil paper and pack in suitable container) to prevent from moisture, rusting, damage etc during transits and storage. 13. rejected components: should be kept separately and should not mix up with accepted components. 14. stage inspection: to be carried out by party as per process. party inspected components separately packed, labeled and sent with batch supply. 15. identification of suppliers product: should be marked on the item. the place of identification will be given by bdl as per the requirement. 16. tax details: gst as applicable at the time of delivery. bdl reserves its right to release gst only after suppliers invoice/debt note is reflected in gstr-28/2a within the specified time limit mentioned in gst law. 17. payment terms: as per gem payment clause payments shall be made within 30 days of issue of consignee-cum-acceptance certificate (crac)and online submission of bills(this is supersession of 10 days time as provided in clause 12 of gem gtc).payment will be restricted to as per gem contract value. 18. dispatch: free delivery at bdl bhanur stores, telangana. 19. e-reverse auction clause if applicable. bdl reserves the right to go for e-reverse auction process or may finalize the tender without e-reverse auction , if required. 20. penalty clause: the successful bidder will be debarred / blacklisted for the future tenders for a period as decided by bdl, if the bidder deviates from the agreed terms & conditions after the award of purchase order /work order / service order apart from forfeiture of your emd total quantity : 1987
