tender for special repair to bldg no. t-6 at zone -9b at talbehat mil stn-1.00 demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site complete all as specified and directed. 2.00 taking down chowkats or frames area not exceeding 1.50 sqm (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or pcc 1:2:4 type b1, complete all as specified and as directed.
