tender for tentative estimate preliminary survey for complete repairing and overhauling of 132kv isolator at 132kv dasna & 132kv pilkhuwa under etd-hapur-work involved repairing/replacement of jaws and blade of female & male contact assembly, operation rod clamp and oiling greasing of all moving parts of isolator and also making proper alignment of all three limbs/pole r.y.b. phase by adjusting its link & clamps for smooth and satisfactory operation including labour and t&p etc. welding/gas cutting and other works required for completion of the work. work also includes proper cable connections for indication on/off in control room. provision of led in control as per technical specification for indication of position of isolator. cable termination are also to be checked by the contractor.note:- if any material required to maintain the isolator shall be provided by departement free of cost rest all other men, material shall be arranged by the contractor on his own cost.
