hiring of 2 nos buses ( 52 seater ) at dr . ysp university of horticulture and forestry nauni , solan . , hire charges of two numbers buses 52 seater with steel body of latest model 2016 onwards alongwith driver , conductor , repair & maintenance , , registration fee/ route permit/ renewal of permit , passing of vehicle , insurance and other statutory charges in hp etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of engineer-in-charges . the buses will be plied nauni to anji as well as chambaghat and back and cover minimum 1600 km . per month each bus . the fuel charges will be borne by the university on basis of average 3 km per litre . the terms and conditions is also appended as part and parcel of contract agreement . , hire charges of bus 52 seater with steel body of latest model 2016 onwards alongwith driver , conductor , repair & maintenance , registration fee/ route permit/ renewal of permit , passing of vehicle , insurance , over time , night haltage and other statutory charges will be borne by the contractor/bidder in hp and other states on per km basis , except the taxes to be paid out side the hp state . in such cases taxes for plying of vehicle outside hp will be borne by the university as per actual on submission of documentary proof and evidence for the same etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of engineer-in-charges . the fuel charges will be borne by the university on basis of average 3 km per litre . the terms and conditions is also appended as part and parcel of contract agreement . , note : - number of buses can be increased or decreased as per requirement of university during contract period .
