work replacement of 33 kv breaker and other associates works at 220 kv substation orai- 1 dismantling ofdefetive / damaged 33 kv ckt. breaker make abb installed at 40 mva t / f - i feederwith the help of hydra / crane after cutting of earthing strip & opening of jumpers at 220 kv s / s orai & shifted in the designated store with the help of hydra. ( hydra / crane shall be arranged by agency ) . 2 modification of 33 kv cb foundation from abb to shreem with the help of channel including cutting, making hole & welding ( channel shall be provided by department ) . 3 erection of33 kv cb ( shreem make ) at above dismantaled place as per instructionmanual of various equipment and technical specification including shifting of material / equipments from store to erection site including complete earthing from earthmate to circuit breaker &all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory. ( hydra / crane shall be arranged by agency ) . 4 interconnection / jumperingof 33 kv breaker ( shreem make ) with panther conductorincluding cutting, bending of conductor and jumpering along with all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per drawing and technical specn. 5 termination of following sizes cables as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plates or box where ever required fixing of cable glands of approxi made size and ferruling and nos for each core. ( the rates of termination of control cable including the all cores of cable at one end with lug. ) 6 2c x 2.5 sq. mm unarmoured. 7 4c x 2.5 sq. mm unarmoured. 8 6cx2.5 sq. mm unarmoured. 9 the rates qouted by the bidders should be without taxes. taxes to be paid extra, if applicable.
