tender for tentative estimate of miscellameous workat 220 kv s / s simbhaoli &132 kv s / s garhmuketshwer under electricity transmission division hapur, 1 replacement of 36 kv vcb, s 10mvar capacitor bank at 220 kv s / s simbhaoli - 01 nos, opening of jumper and clampfrom old and defective vcbs and removing safely 2 dismantling of old defective 36kv breaker after opening of earthing and control cable connection and opening nut bolts and shifting to store / scrap yard by the hydra / crane. 3 modification of foundation and structure make suitable for erection of new 36 kv breaker with old angle iron scrap by cutting welding etc 4 erection of new 36 kv breaker in place of old and defective 36 kv breaker includingshifting from stacking place to erection site 5 making jumpers for new erected 36 kv breaker 6 making control cable connection as per new breaker drawing and proper earthing of new erected 36 kv breaker , proper checking its operation from local , remote , protection for completion of the work 7 safe carriage of 36 kv vcb from 220 kv s / s simbhaoli to 132 kv s / s garhmukteshwar ( approx dist- 20 km ) work including loading & unloading with the help of hydra .carriage the same by using private vehicle . all t&p , private vehicle , hydra and skilled labour provided by the contractor on his own cost for satisfactory and complete work . 8 repairing & overhauling of 33 kv capacitor bank , protection panel including checking internal wiring and relay operation, repairing of tripping relay if required. making proper cable connection to ensure smooth operation of capacitor bank, all t&p and skilled labour provided by contractor on his own cost 9 complete reparing work of 40 mva tf-ii marshelling boxat 132 kv s / s garhmukteshwar safely opening / removing all internal wiring and damage / faulty component of marshalling box work including note down internal termination with ferrule. remove all internal wiring by opening the termination. remove all component such as wti , oti meter, contractor and mcbas per requirement ( from buchhoz , prv, to marshalling box and control room to marshalling box ) 10 repairing / painting of marshalling box work including repairing of broken portion of box byweldingiron sheet , repairing back and front door of marshalling boxto avoid any water content / moisture in marshalling box and replace damage door handle . painting of marshalling box inside and out side including cleaning by sand paper and clothes remove all dust from surface and applied two coat of red oxide and two coat of good quality enamel greypaint 11 replacement of damage armoured / unarmoured control cable work including removing old / damage cable from transformer prv, buchhoz, cooling fan etc to marshalling box and c&r panel to marshalling box , laying new control cable in place of damage cable ( approx- 650 m ) and all other work as winding the cable on strip 12 fixing / installation ofnew component and termination work including fixing all component ( all contractor, fuse , rotary switch, mcb, indicator etc ) and , wti, oti meter, preparing of wiring schedule , making termination of internal wiring and external wiring with proper ferrule according to schedule / drawing . ferrule and lugs provided by contractor on his own cost as per requirement. all other associated work to complete the work satisfactory 13 following work carrying outat 220 kv s / s simbhaoli replacement work of 220 kv simbhaoli-hapur ckt ( ii ) cvtincluding work dismantling of245 kv cvt by opening of nut and bolt , opening of jumpers , cable connection, earthing etc, shifting old cvt from site to store / scrap yard and new cvt from store to site, erection of new cvt with the help of hydra / crane and fixing by nut boltsas per direction of site engineer, making jumper termination and earthing and all other associated work to complete the work satisfactory 14 repairing / overhauling of 245 kv breaker air compressor of 200 mva t / f- iind work including replacement of air filter, moible oil, gasket, drive belt if damaged, checking & attending air leakage& check the successful operation ofair compressor all t&p, air filter, moible oil, gasket, drive belt and skilled labour provided by contractor on his own cost.
