supply on rent, erection, making complete arrangement / set up required for successful organizing of rajakiya jila krishi evam audyogik vikas pradarshani deoria 2020 starting from 16th january 2020 ( 4 days and as a complete job ( complete works of stage, lights, sound & pa system, proper lighting of the whole venue, live telecast l.e.d. based display board, electric & flower decoration of venue, entry gate, all tentage works like - tin stall, octonorm stall, german hanger, sofa, chairs, carpet, table, barricating, food courts, safe house with attached toilet, stage decoration based on pradarshini theme, videography, photography, silent generator sets ( avr system ) of required capacity, and other necessary items on rental basis ) excluding gst ( to be paid extra as per actual ) etc & dismantling all erected work after end of pradarshini ( event ) complete in all respect including operation and maintenance of whole temporary infrastructure during the pradarshini ( event ) period on turn key basis as per the satisfaction of pradarshini samiti.
