( i ) 132 kv jack bus for line bay 13 ( ii ) 132 kv making of u jumpers 14 stringing ofthree phase main bus ( 12 mtr ) 132 kv with twin moose conductor. the work includes cutting & bending of conductor, fixing of single / double bolted type tension fitting / suspension. hoisting of disc insulators and shifting of material from store site to ere ( i ) 132 kv main bus for transfer bay 15 ( ii ) 132 kv making of u jumpers 16 equipments interconnectionjumperingwithmain transfer jack bus bar. job include bending of conductor in proper shape tightening with the help of clamps and all other associated work to complete the job. 17 laying and termination of following size control cable in trench / cable trays from different control room equipments to 132 kv cb, cttheir junction boxes .as per cable schedule including carriage of cable drum from store and all other associated work. 2cx2.5mm² 18 4cx2.5mm² 19 6cx2.5mm² 20 10cx2.5mm² 21 termination of control cable ( per termination ) 22 cutting strengthening bending and laying 700 mm / 500 mm below inside ground and above ground of following size m.s. flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure and equipments including welding with main earth mat and with objects to be earthed, excavation trenches and back filling painting and all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily. m.s. flat will be providing by the contractor free of cost. 75x10 mm 23 50x6 mm 24 providing and fixing of phase plate various make isolator ( ryb make of 2.00 mm thick aluminium sheetof size 4 dia covering of 3 m hip / mdg retro reflected sheet in single phase with all mounting arrangement with gi nut and bolts after opening of old rusted and damaged phase plate. 25 providing and fixing of name plate made of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet with covering of 3 hp retro reflective sheeting of size 300 mm x 150 mm plates to be fixed with the help of nuts and bolts of already installed equipments structures at 132 kv sub station. 26 making delta earthing of 120 la by fabrication of 03 nos 3 mtr m.s. round bar ( 36 / 40 mm dia ) electrode it placeing inside the ground and connecting all 03 nos electrodes with 36 / 40 mm m.s. round laying around as per drawing.painting the joints with black japan paint of good quality after proper cleaning of joints by wire brush. ms round bar will be provided by dept. free of cost.
