( upto 250 kva transformer ) , replacement of hv bushing / bushing rod with material . ( upto 250 kva transformer ) , replacement of lv bushing / bushing rod with material . ( upto 250 kva transformer ) , repairing & dressing of damaged l . t . cable by cutting & lugging etc . per phase / neutral wire . ( upto 250 kva transformer ) , repairing of damaged earthing neutral / body . ( upto 250 kva transformer ) , removal & refitting of h . t . , l . t . & top cover with draining & refilling of oil ( above 400 kva transformer ) , attending oil leakage by replacement of gasket , packing & o-ring etc . ( above 400 kva transformer ) , replacement of hv bushing / bushing rod with material . ( above 400 kva transformer ) , replacement of lv bushing / bushing rod with material . ( above 400 kva transformer ) , repairing & dressing of damaged l . t . cable by cutting & lugging etc . per phase / neutral wire . ( above 400 kva transformer ) , repairing of damaged earthing neutral / body . ( above 400 kva transformer ) , routine checking of upto 250 and above distribution t / fs in every three months as per annexure-a . ( total no . of t / fs installed 1068 nos . but qty . is alloted only 854 nos . ) and reporting of unbalancing of transformers to the concerning division
