annual repair and maintenance of and special repair to dipsar complex pushp vihar , sector-iii , m . b . road , new delhi . ( sh- providing services of skilled , semi-skilled , un-skilled labour etc . ) , engaging skilled/unskilled labour for day to day repair and maintenance work during normal duty hours shall be 09 . 00 am to 05 . 30 pm . the material required for attending the complaints shall be arranged by department through the junior engineer in-charge of the work . all dismantled material received shall have to be deposited in for stores . the worker may be asked to work during other than duty hours and on any sunday/gazetted holidays etc . ( all necessary t & p required shall be arranged by the agency and shall be responsible for their maintenance ) complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge . , beldar/helper ( unskilled ) , sewerman ( semi-skilled ) , plumber ( skilled ) , carpenter ( skilled ) , engaging supervisor at pwd service centre having experience of not less than five years at any pwd/cpwd service centre having worked as supervisor and knowledge of hindi , english writing and operating computer for day to day maintenance work during normal duty hours . the supervisor should have elementary knowledge of the works which are carried out at civil maintenance service centers . the supervisor shall assist the junior engineer in his routine works viz . checking of complaints done by the workers , issue of materials to workers , depositing dismantled material , taking various measurements for estimates / contractors work done complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge . the supervisor shall be equipped with smart mobile phone round the clock and shall be available round the clock whenever and where ever required .
