( sh- providing of services of computer operator , skilled and un-skilled staff at enquiry office of pts colony , hauz khas colony and andrews ganj ) . , engaging skilled/unskilled labour for day to day repair and maintenance work/complaints from pwd service centre . the material required for attending the complaints shall be issued by department and all dismantle material received shall have to be deposited in store of junior engineer in charge . normal duty hours shall be 9 . 00 am to 5 . 00 pm but the worker may be led to work at any time round the clock and on any sunday/ gazetted holidays etc . for which nothing extra shall be paid . , beldar/peon , messenger/dak runner , sewerman , mason 1st class , carpenter 1st class , plumber 1st class , sweeper , engaging enquiry clerk/supervisor at service centre/sub-division ( having knowledge of hindi , english writing and operating computer ) receiving complaints at service centre , assigning to workers diary and updating the status after attending the complaints by worker , and making entry for status of complaints , recived dismantle materials etc . complete as per directions of jr . engineer-in-charge . , under-graduate but not less than matriculate having experience of work at servic centre for atleast 3 years ( graduate may also be consider with same experience ) , providing the service of the computer operator during normal duty hours for the following jobs ( i ) helping in setting up and monitoring of emergency online complaints from wims , ( ii ) works detail updating from wims ( delhi govt . site ) viz . generate mb , bills , inventory , monthly progress report ( technical and financial ) , litigation etc . . ( iii ) prapare estimate , deviation , extra items , substitute items , justification etc on various types of software ( iv ) monthly accounts , budget payroll , and all accounts related work ( v ) prepare nit and also e-tendering ( except tender upload and operning ) ( vi ) hindi , english typing for misc . data entry work ( vii ) opreation of various softwares with help of modem , de-modem etc . and use the internet , modem etc . ( ix ) parliament and vidhan sabha replies and vvip reference , court cases/ arbitration cases/other civil cases status etc . , the operator should be matriculate but not graduate having experience of work at division office/ upper division office of atleast 6 years ( graduate may also be consider with same experience ) , the operator should be matriculate but not graduate having experience of work at division office/ upper division office of atleast 8 years ( graduate may also be consider with same experience ) , providing the service of consultant ( retired/graduate with 5 years experience ) for division office for assisting executive engineer in court cases , arbitration cases , and other office misc . work .
