supply, transportation, installation, testing commissioning of 16 nos. of cbg dispenser with 01 yr. warranty and 05 yrs. comprehensive annual maintenance contract at 16 nos of indian oil retail outlets, double nozzle cbg dispenser , design , detail engineering , manufacturing , assembly , factory testing , supply of dispenser with flow rate of 15 kg / min , which included packaging , insurance , handling , transportation of double nozzle cbg dispenser , loading & unloading at site , documentation etc . and providing all related services including installation , integration , site acceptance testing , trial run and commissioning with spares , amc during warranty period ( i . e one tear ) , all allied drawings and licensed software & hardware , converters , communicable cables etc . conforming to data sheet , scope of work , technical specification and other relevant document as mentioned in material requisitionin ( mr ) for cbg dispenser . this also includes on-site training of 3 ( three ) purchasers personnel for max . 3 ( three ) days for operation of cbg dispenser . , lump sum comprehensive annual servicing , repair & maintenance charges ( camc ) per cbg dispenser for 5 years after warranty period ( i . e one year ) inclusive of manpower , spare , consumables etc . camc will consist of two parts: i ) preventive maintenance at regular interval by oem / authorised contractor as per recommendation of oem . ii ) break down maintenance as and when required ( if any ) within amc by oem . equipment downtime shall be max 18 hrs from the time intimated via telephone / email etc . , for 1st year , for 2nd year , for 3rd year , for 4th year , for 5th year
