supply and commissioning of double nozzle cbg dispenser supply and commissioning of double nozzle cbg dispenser car or three wheelerat iocl retail outlets , double nozzle car / three wheeler cbg dispenser , design, detail engineering, manufacturing, assembly, factory testing, supplyand commissioning of double nozzle cbg dispenser ( car / three wheeler ) with flow rate of 15 kg / min, including packaging, insurance, documentation etc. the works include providing all related services including , all allied drawings and licensed software & hardware, converters, communicable cables etc. conforming to data sheet, scope of work, technical specification and other relevant document for cbg dispenser. , transportation of double nozzle cbg dispenser from vendors factory to iocl retail outlet including enroute all taxes, leviesand unloading / loading by a suitable vehicle. ( 0 to 30 km ) , add extra for each addnl. km above 30km payment shallbe made on thebasis of shortest google distance of the ro from the supply location. note : 1. bidder to select the ratefrom the drop down i.e. rs 22.31 per km. no other rate shall be acceptable.if the bidders enters any other rate same will be made rs 22.31. 2.the rate shall be fixed even after reverse auction. 3. discounts offered after reverse auction shall be distributed in other items of the boq. , lump sum comprehensive annual servicing, repair & maintenance charges ( camc ) per cbg dispenser for 5 years after warranty period ( i.e one year ) inclusive of manpower, spare, consumables etc. camcwill consist of two parts: i ) preventive maintenance atregular interval by oem / authorised contractor as per recommendation of oem and ii ) break down maintenance as and when required ( if any ) within amc by oem. equipment downtime shall be max 18 hrs from the time intimated via telephone / email etc. note: amc cost shall be minimum 7 % of the supply cost. incase bidders have quoted less, same shall be made 7%for the year ( s ) in which same is less than 7%and equivalent amount shallbe deducted from the item 1.1 at the time of placement of order. , comprehesive amc changes for 1st year after warranty period , comprehesive amc changes for 2nd year after warranty period , comprehesive amc changes for 3rd year after warranty period , comprehesive amc changes for 4th year after warranty period , comprehesive amc changes for 5th year after warranty period
