tender for work of dismantling of damaged 245 kv sf-6 cb and erection of new 245 kv sf-6 cb and other associated works on 160 mva transformer-ii at 220 kv s/s katrari , deoria under etd, deoria, 1 shifting and placing of chequered plate , wooden sleeper etc. from store to site at 160 mva t/f-ii bay in the switchyard for easy movement of crane as per requirement . 2 dismantling of cb after removing of earthing and isolating all the 3 phase poles of 245 kv existing (damaged) circuit breaker by opening of connection from both ends, again reconnect it at both ends of the breaker after installation & commissioning of new sf-6 cb. 3 complete opening of various sizes & cores pvc armoured copper control cables such as 2cx2.5 mm2 , 4cx2.5 mm2 , 7cx2.5 mm2 , 10cx2.5 mm2 , 12cx2.5 mm2 & 14cx2.5 mm2 between old 245 kv cb switch cubical and control panel bay marshalling box after proper identification & making and its reconnection to the new 245 kv cb cubical switch and control panel after providing new ferrules , copper lugs , cable tags etc. as per drawing and making bunch with tag material with all cost of men , t&p etc. 4 dismantling of following components of 220 kv 1250 amps. , 40 ka , sf-6 cb after opening of 19 core of each phase control cable between each phase control block & switch subicle for easy carriage of dismantled parts from the site to store / disignated place (approx. 400 mtrs.) as per direction of supervising engineer of the substation as per details below :- 5 chamber insulator -03 nos. 6 pole operating mechanism-03 nos. 7 operating box -01 no. 8 support structure-03 nos. 9 fabrication by drill machine & making / smoothing of 04 nos. holes of 24 mm dia as per drawing of base structure for fastening of support structure , in previously fixed 12 nos. holes each plate ( 1000x1000x25mm) and new bolt of 03 nos. 245 kv sf-6 circuit breaker structure. 10 supply and fixing of 24x150 mm bolts with spring and flat washer for erection of 03 nos. 245 kv sf-6circuit breaker structure. 11 supply and fixing of 32x150 mm hot dip galv. bolts with spring and flat washer for erection of 03 nos. 245 kv sf-6circuit breaker structure. 12 erection of new 245 kv sf-6 circuit breaker (ge t&d make) complete with accessories & structure by assembling all parts with bolts & nuts at 160 mva t/f-ii bay as per drawing along with shifting of 245 kv sf-6 cb from store to site. 13 shifting and placing of chequered plate, wooden sleeper etc. from site to store after completion of work as per requirement. 14 testing of cb pole contact & operation timing by special cb analizer kit (testing kit & operator arranged by the contractor at his own cost). 15 fabrication of 1000x1000x25 mm galv. s.s. pole by cutting , mechining , for smoothing operation including carriage up to the site on suitable vehicle arranged by the contractor and unloading at site with all cost of labour , t&p , crane etc. for proper completion of work . the work also covers painting of plates with two coats of aluminium paint after applying red oxide primer with two coat at 12 hrs. interval between each painting coats. 16 drilling by drill machine / cutter & smoothing of 12 nos. holes of 32 mm dia in each plate at as per drawing of base structure for fastening of support structure of new 245 kv sf-6 (ge t&d make) circuit breaker. 17 making re-earthing of 245 kv sf-6 cb , cubicle and platform by laying of ms flat of size 75x10 mm and 50x6 mm after digging pit, making lap joint of flat of 75 mm for flat to flat joint and semicircle joint for 10 main earth mat m.s. rod of 40 mm by making electric welding as per technical specification , clearing of welded joint, painting with one coat of red oxide & two coat black bituminous below ground level. 18 painting of m.s. flat of size 75x10 mm & 50x6 mm with one coat of red oxide primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint of green color after cleaning the surface. 19 misc. work like making vacuum of poles of 245 kv cb and filling of sf-6 gas and checking for leakage of gas , checking on/off position and helping for testing and commissioning of cb to complete the job.
