tender for day to day maintenance operation of internal and external electrical installation at mangal deep and eco urban village at new town kolkata under wbhidco for 365 days , day to day maintenance and operation of lighting system / pump motor sets / air conditioning machines etc . as per requirement of site / as per direction of eic . dusting & cleaning of all electrical installations including fitting & fixtures , feeder pillar box , pump motor sets , poles including repair and maintenance of all electrical installations including supply of sundry materials and providing tools and plants , ladders etc . the above items are excluding the supply of spares , lamps , fittings etc . but includes labour cost for replacing of defective spares . the materials will be supplied by the department against written requisition by the agency . the personnel to be distributed in one shift which is mentioned below:- 1 ) 1 no . skilled electrician for mangal deep for every day from 3 p . m . to 11 p . m . or as directed by eic . 2 ) 1 no . electrical helper ( unskilled ) for eco urban village for every day from 12 noon to 8 p . m . or as directed by eic . 3 ) 1 no . skilled electrician for eco urban village for every day from 12 noon to 8 p . m . or as directed by eic . , charges for extra person as per requirement of site and as per direction of eic
