day to day operation maintenance of internal external electrical installation including operation of pumps diesel generator set 3 nos . elevators operation of fire detection system and cleaning of electrical equipments fixture other applia , operation of water supply system including pump motor sets and valves . operation of fire detection system , 2 x 320 kva dg set ( as an when requred ) , 3 nos . elevators & observations of sub-station including ht & lt gears lt panel and transformers , cleaning /guarding the equipments taking all safety measure as per i . e . rules , maintening the electrical store , sweeping & cleaning the substation rooms , pump room , generator room , lift machin room , etc . maintening the record of electricall materials , making arrangement of ladder/scaffolding etc . supply of sundry materials at finance center , the above items are excluding the supply of speares , lamps , fittings etc . but includes labour cost for replacement of defective spares . the materials supply by the department against written requisition by the agency . the following five number personnel to be distributed in two shift ( 6 am - 2 pm and 2 pm - 10 pm ) shift may be chainge as per eic . total staff pattern: 1 ) head electrician cum supervisor - 1 no . 2 ) electrician ( skilled worker ) - 1 no . 3 ) asstt . electrician ( semi-skilled worker ) - 2 nos . ( dg operator/lift operator/pump operator ) 4 ) electrical helper ( un-skilled ) - 1 no . , operation of 2 x 320 kva diesel generating set on load as and when necessary for round the clock by supplying fuel , lubricant , etc . for smooth operation of the same in the interest of normal functioning of office activities in case of power cut or failure of normal power supply , whatever may be the reason thereof and also including maintenance of power line from alternator to output side of change over switch as per direction of eic . this item includes cost of sundry materials .
