( sh- operation and maintenance of cctv cameras , delhi ) , annual comprehensive maintenance and technical operation of ( bosch/axis/pelco/hikvision make ) cctv cameras and pa systems , screens , ups system/wiring system etc . at juvenile home , sewa kutir and majnu ka tilla as per annexure -i and ii , i/c replacement of all defective parts as and when required checking the serviceability status of all cctv cameras and pa systems , screens , ups system/wiring system etc on each day i/c cleaning the dust on regular basis reviewing the cctv footage saving the recorded footage upto 30 days for future use of the client department , agency should provide 1 no . technical expertise staff for proper functioning of cctv cameras and pa systems , screens , ups system/wiring system etc round the clock at sewa kutir kingsway camp and juvenile home majnu ka tila , delhi as required . ( inventory attached ) . ( note:- everything is included and nothing extra will be paid on account of repair/change of cctv cameras and pa systems , screens , ups system/wiring system parts , and make the system fully functional already installed at various sites with genuine parts i/c fixing , testing and commissioning etc as required . the cctv cameras and pa systems , screens , ups system/wiring system are fully functional and nothing will be paid on account of repair so firm is advice to visit the site as per inventory attached . the contractor is required to submit the record to the department . the contractor will handover all the unit in fully functional condition on completion of the work . dismantled material will be taken back by the contractor for which necessary rebate shall be coincidence while quoting the rates .
