( inventory attached ) . ( note:- everything is included and nothing extra will be paid on account of repair / change of cctv cameras and pa systems , screens , ups system / wiring system parts , and make the system fully functional already installed at various sites with genuine parts i / c fixing , testing and commissioning etc as required . the cctv cameras and pa systems , screens , ups system / wiring system are fully functional and nothing will be paid on account of repair so firm is advice to visit the site as per inventory attached . the contractor is required to submit the record to the department . the contractors will handover the entire unit in fully functional condition on completion of the work . dismantled material will be taken back by the contractor for which necessary rebate shall be coincidence while quoting the rates .
