work for testing of 33 / 11 kv substations in the area eudd-7, gzb in the jurisdiction of se, eudc-iii, gzb- 1 testing of 11kv vcb and keeping it healthy for 1 year ( a ) checking of closing / tripping circuit and indication / alarms / annuciation / alarms. ( b ) testing of cts for metering and protection. ( c ) testing of o / c & e / f relays and replacement of defective relay if required ( d ) new wiring in breakdown conditions. ( the control wire with ferrule will be provided by the contractor, the relay would be provided by the utility ) 2 testing of 33kv vcb and keeping it healthy for 1 year ( a ) check electrical closing & tripping from local and remote and set right the fault ( b ) check control panel indication bulb, , o / c e / f relay and replacement of relay if required, dc &ac panal, charging moter and its supply, kit kat & mcb. the material would be provided by the utility. 3 replacement of oil / winding temprature meter. replacement of defectivewinding / oil temprature meter including cost of meter as and when required ( quantity may vary as per site requirement ) 4 rewiring & rearrangement of switching circuit through relay controlled by 11 kv outgoing vcb at different substation. 5 measuring of specific gravity of cells of 24 volts of battery charger on weekly bases and topping up of battery water as per requirement & keeping the battery charger healthy state for 1 year.
