bids are invited for custom bid for services - engagement of manpower for round the clock (24x7) assistance to operational activities of electrical equipments associated with 220/132/33/25 kv switchyard control room including ht / lt switchgears at dtps.; (1) the scope of work shall include routine checks, monitoring, troubleshooting & attending all sorts of day-to-day electrical operations round the clock (24x7) in three shifts (including sundays & holidays). the equipment of 220/132/33/25 kv switchyard and switchgears panels of ht/lt including electrical equipment of intake pump house, water treatment plant are under the scope of this contract. (2) round the clock operational assistance in three shifts: a). parameters checking & recording of electrical equipments viz. breakers, transformers, ct and pt in each shift. b) . records keeping of energy meter readings. c) . recording of battery banks parameters as per direction of eic. d). checking of ac & dc systems, acdb, dcdb, battery bank with chargers and attending minor faults, if required. e). preparing and sending the official documents from control room to other offices as per requirement or instruction of eic. f). checking and recording of sf6 gas pressure in circuit breakers. g). attending minor problem of isolators and grounding isolators, if required. h) . visual checking of cts, pts & cvts etc. i). visual checking of oil level in each transformers / cts. j). checking of silica gel. k). checking and attending minor abnormality in cooler fans & pump motors of transformers. l). upkeeping and maintaining of control room premises / equipments clean. m) providing single phase / three phase supply and various receptacles, as and when needed. n). necessary assistance should be rendered to ctc testing team of dvc & any other team during normal testing, commissioning, stability testing and replacement of protection relays / energy meters etc. o) maintaining registers for all type of o&m works which are carried out.
