work in deposit scheme in the area of edsd-peepalsana under edd-3 moradabad as per tender documents-1 safe carriage of the following material from store centre majhola/jes store to work site including loading and unloading at both ends :- 2 11 mtr./8.5 mtr. long pcc/st poles. 3 acsr rabbit conductor. 4 11 kv vcb outdoor. 5 11 kv xlpe cable of size 3x70 sq.mm. 6 line material such as cross-arms, pin insulators, disc insulators and cable jointing kits etc. 7 ct/pt unit 8 for 11 kv line, single support 8.5 mtr. long pcc poles :- excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole), providing and laying of stone pad (300x300x75mm.) in the bottom of the pit. erection & grouting of support (pole) complete with fixing of 11 kv v-type cross-arms and all other accessories by providing stone pad, cross arms, holding clamps, f-bracket and nuts & bolts etc. as per respo norms. 9 for 11 kv line, double pole structure with 11/8.5 mtr. long st/pcc poles :- excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole). erection of support (pole) complete work by fixing of d.p. clamps and all other accessories. the work includes fabrication work and fixing of cross bracing sets, cutting holes complete work as per respo norms. 10 grouting of poles single line support :- grouting of support in cc 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) grouting will be done in the block of size 45cm x 45cm x 1/6th of full length of the support upto ground level as per respo norms. 11 grouting of stay rods (20x1800mm.) including all works of excavation, cement concrete in size of (0.60x0.60x0.30)m in the ratio of 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc. 12 fixing, tightening and nozelling of stay wire with stay rod and stay insulators with the pole of required tension by providing stay clamps, nuts, bolts etc. 13 earthing of support with ms earth rod of (20x2500)mm. long including excavation of pit and driving ms rod 3.0m apart from support and 0.5m below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of g.i. wire no.6 swg tightening with nuts and bolts. 14 laying, sagging, stringing and binding of acsr rabbit conductor with all other accessories on pole as per respo norms. 15 filling and fixing of 11 kv outdoor/indoor type cable jointing kits as per respo norms. 16 construction of 11 kv underground line :- 17 digging of cable trench suitable for 3x70 sqmm 11 kv cable in double circuit.(55x2 meter) 18 laying of 11 kv 3x70 sq.mm. cable in the trench in double circuit.(55x2 meter) 19 providing 150 mm. sand cushion beneath and 150 mm. above the cable. the cable shall be duly protected by 1st class bricks, two on either side and third on top of the cable, laid in the series one after the other. 20 refilling and ramming of the left out soil, closing and trench and levelling. spare cable shall be left in the loop shape at both ends, including providing of all required material and t&p. 21 providing and wrapping of barbed wire on poles at a height of 2.75 mtr. from the ground level as per respo norms. 22 proper installation of 11 kv outdoor vcb at substation with making proper connection as per respo norms. 23 mounting and fixing of 11 kv ct/pt unit on double pole including making proper connections. 24 laying, sagging, stringing and binding of 11 kv 3x70 sqmm xlpe cable with all other accessories on pole as per respo norms.
