tender for maintenance of horticulture work at bsnl colony type 1 to v and ganju memorial park at kali bari marg new delhi. ; 1 complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and bush cutter , removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers ( whenever required ) top dressing of lawn and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by engineer-in-charge ( cost of fertilizer, insecticide , pesticide, lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel &other t & p material / articles shall be borne by the contractor. ) this shall also include cleaning and sweeping of lawn / garden area and keep it neat and clean by mechanized method / manually, remove litter, debris, picking of leaves, papers, plastic bottles etc. including disposal of collected waste in dustbin / designated place as per direction of officer -in- charge.1 ) contractor shall providesufficient malis / gardeners ( semi-skilled ) on daily basis for maintenance of all parks including t & p required from time to time .2 ) deduction @ rs15 / - per sqm for lawn area and rs 10 / - per metre length of hedge shall bemade for improper maintenance of lawn or other features in the park. 3 ) the park areas whichare also beingused by children for playing games like cricket, football, badminton etc.should be maintained to upkeep / maintain these areas also green.4 ) . the horticulture waste so obtained from the compound shall be stacked properly at the different locations earmarked by the sde ( h ) . ( note: the rate is for complete item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account ) 2 removal of horticulture malba from the site including loading andunloading complete and transporting to the approved municipaldump ground complete as per the direction of the engineer in charge.
