tender for garden work , man power , tools & fertilizer , complete maintenance of the lawn area , earthen potted plants , potted plants in cement pots , shrub ( outside of lawn area ) entire garden features in the garden area i . e . lawn trees , shrubs , herbs , hedge , flower beds , foliages , creepers etc . including hoeing , weeding pruning replacement of plants , gap filling , watering , mowing of lawn , grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter , removal of garden waste , applying insecticide , pesticide & fertilizers ( whenever required ) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure , replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge ( cost of good earth , manure , fertilizer , insecticide , pesticide & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel , other t & p material/articles shall be provided by the contractor . ) and as per direction of officer in charge . ( require 2 labor ) area = 2168 sqmplants = 220 , supplying and planting grass carpet with best quality mexican/korean grass sheets including cutting , conveying planting in position watering and maintenance of the or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth if needed . ( good earth shall be paid for separately ) , supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty andcarriage up to 1 km , cutting of over grown plants inside cyberpark using machine cutter and making good of the area by clearing the removed plants using manual labour .
