annual rate contract for supply of taparia, miranda and addison make tools and tackles , annual rate contract for supply of tools & tackles , all types of spanners, pliers, screw drivers, testers, hammers, allen keys, clamps, chisel, pullers, spirit levels etc. as per price list ( make-taparia ) ( list price will be applicable as per current price list of m / s. taparia and such price will be considered for evaluation of l1 bidder ) , all types of tool bits, hacksawblades, etc. as per price list. ( make-miranda ) ( list price will be applicable as per current price list of m / s. miranda and such price will be considered for evaluation of l1 bidder ) , all types of drill bits, end mill, cutter, side and face cutter, reamer, hand taps, steel files etc. as per price list. ( make:-addison ) ( list price will be applicable as per current price list of m / s. addison and such price will be considered for evaluation of l1 bidder ) , note:1 ) for destination price term will mandatory for all the bidders. hence no separate column has been indicated in price format for pkg. forwarding and freight charges. , note:2 ) list price will be considered based on required make as per ruling price list of m / s. taparia, miranda and addison which is common for all the participated bidders. bidder should indicate the required information in the column ( 3 ) , ( 4 ) ( 5 ) and also indicate information under column ( 06 ) if required. , note:3 ) evaluation of l1 bidder will be done based on basis of evaluation clause given in tender documents and above price format considering highest discount item wise as well as lowest unit price of other charges. in case of mrp price indicated in the price list then, after bifurcation of tax part from mrp, discount offered in the price format ( boq ) shall be applicable. subsequent to this gst extra as applicable shall be paid on discounted price.bidder are advised to check applicable gst for other charges if any on their own before quoting .buyer will not take any responsibility in this regard .gst reimbursement will be as per actuals or as per applicable rates ( which ever is lower ) , subject to the maximum of quoted gst%
