package-supply and erection and commissioning , a. material supply total lumpsum price for design, manufacturing, supply of grp pipes, fittings & flanges ( including lamination kits, couplings, jointing tools and all other required accessories ) as per the boq and layout defined in and as per the requirements of bhel pe&sd specification: py52329 r00. b. execution at site total lumpsum price for installation of grp pipes, fittings & flanges at site ( lowering, laying, jointing, hydro testing & supervision of civil works ) for the scope as defined in and as per the requirements of bhel pe&sd specification: py52329 r00. notes: 1. bidder to quote strictly as per bhel’s nit requirements. 2. bidder shall quote only total lumpsum price ( c ) . individual price not to be quoted. individual lumpsum prices for ( a ) & ( b ) shall be derived by the defined factors ( a = 0.7xc; b = 0.3xc ) . 3. the bid evaluation is on overall l1 basis. each and every item of the package shall be quoted by the bidder. partial offers will not be considered for evaluation and the same are liable for rejection. 4. bidders to quote strictly as per the above price format. no other format is acceptable. any tampering / modification / change of the above price format is not allowed and the bidder’s offer is liable for rejection. 5. bom provided is estimated bom based on the drawing attached with the specification. bidder to note that their scope includes supply of all items required for complete erection and hydro testing of piping ( other than those mentioned as free supply by bhel ) as per drawing including tools / tackles. bom has been prepared on the basis of terminal points shown in the layout drawing. any changes in pipe routing between these terminal points shall be borne by bidder without any cost implication to bhel. 6. the price quoted by the bidder shall include the basic price, packing, freight, insurance and all other charges except gst. applicable gst shall be paid extra. bidder to indicate hsn code and applicable gst rate for each line item. 7. all the items included in the price bid format shall be quoted as per tender specification and pre-bid clarifications, if any. responsibility of ensuring correctness & completeness of scope of supply as per specification requirement solely lies with bidder. 8. bidder shall confirm submission of the unpriced bid as part of their technical offer by typing “quoted” in the above format. 9. separate purchase orders will be issued for scope of work of this tender as follows: a. the purchase order for supply of items ( part-a ) will be issued by bhel-pe&sd hyderabad. b. the purchase order for execution at site ( part-b ) will be issued by bhel-pe&sd hyderabad ( or ) bhel-pssr ( bhel’s construction management division for this project ) .
