tender for overhauling & repairing of 33 kv vcb at 132 kv sub-station dadanagar, rasoolabad & bilhaur under etd-1, govind nagar, kanpur - repairing & complete overhauling of 33kv vcbs of abb/cgl/stelmec/shreem/seimens & bhel make, work include replacement of defective parts along with material like pin, bush, bearing & washer etc. and checking of its operating mechanism for smooth operation and removing the defect of wiring for proper operation of breaker. oiling & greasing of all movable parts with cleaning of all parts for satisfactory operation of vcb. *after completion of overhauling of 33kv vcbs, the problems arising within six months will be rectified by the firm with out any cost. 2 checking & adjustment of snatch gap, travel of drive insulator rod of each pole. 3 opening & closing time of each pole. 4 checking of megger values of breaker poles. 5 checking the close/open operation of breaker from remote & local and rectification of wiring fault if any. 6 no of vcb at the following sub-station- 7 at 132kv sub-station dadanagar. 8 at 132kv sub-station rasoolabad. 9 at 132kv sub-station bilhaur.
