comprehensive maintenance of civil services at ambedkar nagar hospital, sector 5, dakshinpuri, p.w.d. gnctd, new delhi dg. 2025-2026.-1 day to day maintenance work supply of labour 1 up-keeping and maintenance of ambedkar nagar hospital, sector 5, dakshinpuri for day to day complaints related to building maintenance at specified service center by engaging plumber, carpenter, mason sewer man etc. including providing necessary tool & plants required to each |categories of workers, providing proper id card to their workers, providing proper and approved uniform to their workers in necessary shifts etc. all complete as per direction of engineer-in- charge.(note (a) the necessary materials for maintenance shall be issued by the department free of cost to workers (b) bio- metric attendance of workers shall be taken if directed by competent authority (c) payment of wages to workers shall be required to be done through cheque/ecs by the contractor at the rates not less than minimum rates notified by chief labour commissioner of india of corresponding periods from time to time as per latest order received from labour department of govt. of india. (d) police verificationof workers shall also berequiredifdemandedbyclient department (e) complaints shallbecollectedfromservicescentreonday to day basis and same shall be attended within time frame of cpwd norms).
