overhauling 400 kv sf6 cb alstom make of 400 kv panki aligarh line at 400 kv ss panki - overhauling of three phase mechanism of alstom make sf-6 circuit breaker of 400 kv panki-aligarh line at panki end. the job includes opening of cb mechanism such as holding latch, pumping pin assembly, spring changing motor assembly, operating rod and other accessories etc. proper checking and cleaning of all parts. replacement of defective parts such as closing & tripping coil, locking pin, spring changing motor’s limit switch to operate smoothly the c.b. after reassembling the all parts checking the satisfactory operation of cb with local/remote mode as well as taking closing, tripping sar time of cb with all other associated works to complete the job satisfactory. the work includes cost of men, material & required t&p to complete the job satisfactorily. 2 checking the gas leakage of all 03 nos. poles, concerned gas/types, its joints, nrv points and make leak proof by tightening all joins after replacement of o-rings of good quality. 3 proper checking of alignment of open/close indication mechanism by strengthening & resetting the concerned parts after opening/assembling
