tender for identification and rectification of 145 kv sf6 circuit breaker mechanism of 132 kv patti line bay at 132 kv s/s gadwara under etdpratapgarh - following work at under etd-pratapgarh 2 (i) identification of probable cause of mechanism stuck of cgl make 145 kv sf6 cb of 132 kv patti line bay at 132 kv s/s gadwara. the works includes checking of proper positioning of rachet wheel, cam shaft, condition of closing holding latch, antipumping assembly, condition of closing and tripping springs along with moving gears, arranging jack for slow closing of the breaker for accessing breaker hold position. removal of identified fault by opening of whole mechanism, replacement of damaged parts (if found any), reassembly of whole mechanism, oiling and greasing of moving parts and ensuring proper on & off operation of the breaker to complete the job satisfactory. (ii) inspection & rectification of short circuit of wiring in dc circuit of t/f breaker to protect blowing of fuses by detecting the fault/damaged insulation of control wiring of switch cubical, control block and all the wiring up to the control room & replacement/ repairing of damaged wiring.
