tender for work for deposit under edd-ii baghpat, work related to jhatpat/nivesh mitra/deposit scheme under electricity distribution division-ii, baghpat. 1 work of collecting material from centralized storage center baghpat/meerut for construction of 33/11/0.4 kv line and transporting it to the work site and construction of the line. (decentralized material payable by the tenderer) (including) 2 double pole construction work as per requirement. 3 triple pole construction work as per requirement. 4 work of getting 11/0.4 kv 10 to 25 and 63 kva transformers from the storage centre and delivering them to the installation site.5 work of line construction by vessel/dog/rabbit conductor or abc conductor as per the requirement.6 work of earthing of metering cubicle/transformers by doing water level/chemical earthing as per respo standards in which decentralized material will be payable by the tenderer.7 work of getting cable jointing kit (3/4 nos) from the storage centre and delivering it to the installation site and work of filling the cable box and connecting it to the line and starting the line.8 work of earthing through adhik road. 9 holding clamp / stay insulator with nut bolt (material payable by contractor)10 lt insulator and nut bolt (material payable by contractor)11 work of laying underground xlpe cable through hdpe pipe of 4/6 inch width as per requirement. (pipe payable by tenderer)12 work of laying gsk cable underground by using brick and sand through trench method as per requirement.13 stay set complete14 11 kv metering cubicle, ct-pt unit, connecting it to 11 kv metering cubicle and installing it in the metering room and energizing the combination. (meter will be installed by the department.)15 work of getting outgoing / incoming vcb from storage centre and taking it to the work place and starting it.16 work of laying xlpe cable (through two poles/stay wire) at appropriate distance by clamping/packing as per the requirement of the site. (decentralized material to be paid by the tenderer)17 work of transporting the material obtained during dismantling work to safe storage center in baghpat as per the requirement grouting of pole as required note 1. all work will have to be done as per respo standards. 2. the quantity of the above work number 01 to 18 is completely estimated and according to the requirement of the work, the quantity of any work can be from zero to maximum (within the limit of the tender amount). 3. as per the orders of the competent officer, work can be done in any section/sub-section under the electricity distribution board, baghpat. 4. in case item wise prevailing/market rate is not obtained in the above work, item wise negotiation will be done.
