tender for work for line maintenance under edd-ii brt, work related to the deposit scheme to be made jhatpat portal / invest mitra in future in the jurisdiction of subdivision-v, baraut under electricity distribution division-ii, baraut, for the construction of 33 / 11 / 0.4 kv line, the work of collecting material from centralized storage center baghpat / meerut, transporting it to the work site and installing poles. ( decentralized material payable by the tenderer ) ( including grouting of poles ) double pole construction work as per requirement. ( including grouting ) triple pole construction work as per requirement. ( including grouting ) 11 / 0.4 kv from 10 to 25 and 63 kva transformer storage center the work of receiving and delivering it to the installation site. work of line construction by beel / dog / rabbit conductor or abc conductor as per requirement. the work of earthing of metering cubicles / converters by doing water level / chemical earthing as per respo standards in which decentralized material will be paid by the tenderer. collecting the cable jointing kit ( 3 / 4 pieces ) from the storage center and delivering it to the installation site and filling the cable box and connecting it to the line and then starting the line. the act of doing athing by athing road. holding clamp / stay insulator including nut bolt ( material payable by contractor ) lt including insulator and nut bolt ( material to be paid by the contractor ) as per requirement, work of laying underground cables through hdpe pipes of 4 / 6 inch width. ( payable by pipe tenderer ) energizing the connection by installing 11 kv metering cubicle in the metering room by connecting it to the 11 kv metering cubicle, ct-pt unit. ( the meter will be installed by the department. ) the work of receiving outgoing / incoming vcb from the storage center and delivering it to the work place and commissioning it. as per the requirement of the site, the work of laying xlpe cable ( through two poles / stay bearer by placing clamps / packing at appropriate distance. ( decentralized material to be paid by the tenderer ) the work of connecting the consumer by jumpering from the ht site to the lt site and installing the 25 and 63 kva transformer on double pole. ( decentralized content payable by the tenderer ) as per requirement, the work of transporting the material obtained during dismantling work to the safe storage center in baghpat. note 1. all work will have to be done as per respo standards. 2. the quantity of the above work number 01 to 16 is completely estimated and according to the requirement of the work, the quantity of any work can be from zero to maximum ( within the limit of the tender amount ) . 3. as per the orders of the seventh officer, work can be done in any section / sub-division under the electricity distribution board, baghpat. 4. the work to be done in addition to the above work will be done on the basis of approved estimate / constraints of the site and the amount will remain within the limit of the amount. who can revive 5 in case item wise prevailing / market rate is not received in the above work, item wise negotiation will be done.
