annual repair and maintenance of supplementary drain.sub work:- beautification of the bridges by providing new wearing course, repair of footpath etc. of the bridges situated at gh-12 bridge, nihal vihar bridge, sayyed nangloi bridge on supplementary drain- dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilometre, as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 2 dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. for thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm. 3 taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 4 demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical meansincluding disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of engineer - in - charge. nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent designmix) 5 earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manualmeans over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth leadupto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by engineer-in-charge. all kinds of soil 6 providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of m-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (precast c.c. kerb stone shall be approved by engineer-in-charge). 7 providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-iii) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 8 chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). light shade pigment using white cement 9 providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade vg - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : on w.b.m. @ 0.75 kg i sqm 10 providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of engineer-in-charge. 1 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade vg-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in batch type hot mix plant of 100- 120 tph capacity. 11 providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade vg - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : on bituminous surface @ 0.50 kg i sqm 12 providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of engineer-in-charge.40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade vg-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of aggregate) prepared in batch type hot mix plant of 100-120 tph capacity. 13 providing & fixing hard drawn sheet wire mesh fabric 75x25mm of weight not less than 7.75kg/sqm fixed (welded) on frame of angle iron 50x50x6mm and t-iron 50x50x6mm with flat iron of size 20x5mm including cutting welding, hoisting and fixing in position with m.s. flat clamps of size 50x6mm of 1.15m length with nuts and bolts with existing rcc railing and applying a priming coat of steel primer of approved brand and manufacture etc. complete as per drawing and direction of engineer-in-charge. 14 painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : one or more coats on old work 15 disposal of moorum/ building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 18 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge. 16 steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubesetc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position andapplying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. hot finished welded type tubes 17 steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steelprimer using structural steel etc. as required. in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gatesand similar works 18 reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-iii) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 19 centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights :suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform
