tender for the work for overhauling of compressor of 420kv circuit breaker at 400 kv substation kasara , mau - complete repairing and overhauling of compressor unit of 400kv circuit breaker system with the work of dismantling the compressor unit one by one with help of suitable t&ps complete cleaning of all parts. replacing of defective bearings, packing, wheel, shaft, air filtter, oil seals & compressor oil (castrol/ servo/ goulf). remetaling of its damaged parts and finishing, polishing in required shape and size. after completion re assembling and proper alignment in respect of suitable operation. dismantling the motor and re- varnishing of its stator, replacing of its defective bearings and straightening of rotor shaft with proper alignment. assembling the motor and testing the unit for smooth running to buildup the required pressure.painting & minor repair of compressor box with one coat primer after 24hrs. two coat of good quality smoke gray color synthetic enamel paint( burger/ asian/ nerolac) (gap between each coat ofmore then 24 hrs).all other works to complete the job satisfactorily all required material & t&p will be provided by contractor at his own cast
