( a ) computer table sunmica faded / perished and cracked. sunmica to be renewed as per sample. size- 14x2.5 ft ( b ) securing arrangement of 02 computers, 02 in nos printers and 01 projector and securing door uprooted and brocken. same to be renewed as per sample. mat- wooden ( c ) vinyl floor / deck area scratched, torn and faded. same to renewed as per sample. size- 20x15 ft. 4 h-1226:fcu condensation water accumulation tray in helo hanger corroded, bent and thinned down. to be renewed as per sample. insulation of the fcu pipe to be renewed. tray size- 600x500x330mm, mat-ss, insulation length- 2.5 mtrs. 5 h-1228:open gymnasium floor mat and transparent curtains torn / cracked. to be renewed as per sample. mat size- 12x15 ft, mat- rubber, thickness- 20mm, transparent curtain size-220x330cm, qtry-03 nos 6 h-1229:06 in nos bulkhead panels corroded / deformed in port and stbd side at so’s dining hall. to be renewed and fitted as per sample. size—6.6x2ft, mat-ss sheet with powder coated. 7 h-1230:05 in nos ships water cooler observed defective and not working properly. same need to be repaired and 05 in nos aqua guard / ro plnt non-ops view filters choked and pumps malfunctioning , job involves renewal of filters and pumps. to be repaired and proved, water cooler make: blue satr, ro water filters-aqua guard. 8 h-1231:locking arrangement of captain chair in bridge defective. chair locking arrangement to be repaired. 9 h-1232:conduit pipe of gun deck, q-deck corroded need to be renewed as per sample. make: gi pipe, dia—3 inch, lengt-6 mtrs, all way jobs included.
