deployment of operational staff for operation, minor-maintenance, watch and ward at tilak nagar olb in ac-29.-maintaining of water supply from tilak nagar online booster pumping station (ht) as per prevalent schedule and or change time to time on daily basis as per direction of engineer in charge by operating all electrical and mechanical equipment including pump-sets (75hp x 2 nos. and 75hp or / 50hp x 1 no capacity) electric control-panels, valves etc., maintaining of log-sheets, general cleaning, monitionring of flowmeter reading hourly, opening of valves etc. the job includes minor maintenance i/c replacement of packing, kit kat, tube/bulbs, switch/socket, fuse links, log books, asbestos graphite packing, maintaining cleanliness, etc., valve repairing vent cover, minor electrical job works i/c periodic tightening of connections in panel board, cleaning of carbon deposits in panel/motor connection plate, phase sequence correction etc.note: spares / material required for replacement in minor-maintenance will be provided by the department.the details of staff to be deployed is as under:1. shift-incharge / electrician (skilled): 4 nos. 2. beldar (un-skilled): 8 nos. (for shifts)3. beldar/helper (un-skilled) for maintenance day time): 2 nos. toatl staff to be deployed : 14 nos.period: 120 days
