maintaining of water supply by deployment of staff for operation, watch & ward at a- block, janakpuri ( ht ) bps in ac-30. maintaining of water supply from janakpuri clear-water bps ( ht ) as per prevalent schedule and or change time to time on daily basis as per direction of engineer in charge by operating all electrical and mechanical equipment including scada system, pump-sets ( 160 kw x 7 nos. capacity ) , electric control-panels, valves etc., maintaining of log-sheets, general cleaning etc. by deploying following personal ( skilled / unskilled ) . the job includes minor maintenance i / c replacement of packing, kit kat, tube / bulbs, switch / socket, fuse links, log books, asbestos graphite packing, maintaining cleanliness, etc., valve repairing vent cover, minor electrical job works i / c periodic tightening of connections in panel board, cleaning of carbon deposits in panel / motor connection plate, phase sequence correction etc.note: spares / material required for replacement in minor-maintenance will be provided by the department.the details of staff to be deployed is as under:1. shift-incharge / electrician ( skilled ) : 4 nos. ( one in each shift ) 2. beldar ( un-skilled ) : 8 nos. ( for shifts ) 3. beldar / helper ( un-skilled ) for maintenance day time ) : 2 nos. toatl staff to be deployed : 14 nos.period: 120 days
