annual maintenance contract of hvac system low side and operation of 4x400 tr ac plant voltas make during 2021-22 , comprehensive maintenance of 4x400 tr capacity hvac plant low pressure side i / c pressurisation system & ventilation system of basement along with other accessories etc . as required and as per the attached inventory . , operation of the high side and low side of the air conditioning plant comprising of all the machinery equipment installed in the ac plant room including cooling towers , ahus electrical panels , pressurisation system , ventilation system etc . as required of following equipments . , ( i ) 400tr rotary screw chiller m / c - 4 nos . ( ii ) 50 hp condenser water pump - 5 nos . ( iii ) 25 hp chilled water pump - 5 nos . ( iv ) secondary pump 60 hp - 5 nos . ( v ) cooling towers 2000 tr - 2 nos . ( vi ) ahu ( cfm 10000 - 30000 ) - 26 nos . ( vii ) pressurisation and ventilation system - 1 set staff:- ( a ) ac operator cum electrician ( 9 am - 5 pm ) - 2 nos . ( b ) khallasi ( 9 am - 5 pm ) - 1 no . , extra for operation of the high side and low side of the air conditioning plant comprising of all the machinery equipment installed in the ac plant room including cooling towers , ahus & electrical components deputing dedicated team at least one ac operator and one khallasi etc . as and when required basis .
