bids are invited for operation and maintenance of hvac system (heating, ventilation and air conditioning system) - complete system comprehensive annual maintenance and operation of hvac installed at hq nsg palam during 2025-26 comprehensive annual routine and preventive maintenance of the high and low side of the 2 x 120 ton ac plant of voltas make having model no.cegwfvxr1251mhp2 comprising of all the machinery and equipments such as chiller, compressor, condensers, pumps, heaters, electrical control panels, console panel, inlet and outlet pipe lines, ahus (10 nos.), all fan coil units (13 nos.), cooling towers etc. complete with other related items of the plants as per the schedule of maintenance. 11.50 months 2 running and operation of complete hvac plant including cooling towers and ahus (10 nos.) from 8 am to 8 pm daily (for six days in a week) as per the schedule of maintenance. the detail of labour to be employed as follows :-(a) hvac operator, monday to saturday-02 each (timing06 am to 2 pm- 01 no. and 12 pm to 8 pm-01 no), helper-monday to saturday-01 each (timing-07am to 3 pm.) total quantity :
