    The Scope Of The Work Under The Above Assignment In The Ulbs Falling Under Both Packages Will Include: 1.To Communicate Improved Water And Sanitation Services In The Ulbs Under Kiuwmip And Associated Information About Kiuwmip. 2.To Communicate 100% Households And Other Water Users, Including Other Stakeholders Towards 24X7 Water Supply Service Options. 3.To Communicate 100% Households Towards Availing Sewerage Connections, Including Toilets And About Improved Waste Water Collection And Treatment Systems. 4.Conduct Sanitation Related Awareness, Output Based Aid ( Oba ) For Toilets Targeting Urban Poor, And Behaviour Change Process To Achieve Open Defecation Free ( Odf ) Communities Across The Ulbs. 5.Communicate To All Stakeholders About Plans For Various Ulb Reforms In Water And Sanitation Services Delivery. 6.Communicate Over The Gender Inclusion Elements And Social / Environmental Safeguards. 7.Facilitate Selection And Construction Of Household And Community Toilets, Including Connection To The Sewerage Network / Alternate Safe Options Proposed Under Oba Mode Including Necessary Surveys. 8.Facilitate Proper Use Of Newly Constructed Household Toilets; Including Facilitation Of Operation And Maintenance Of Community Toilets Under Proposed Oba Mode By Communities. 9.Form Or Revitalize Communities Groups Along With Significant Women Participation In Water And Sanitation Activities. 10.Enable Social Acceptability Amongst Various Water And Sanitation Interventions, Including Facilitating Construction And Optimal Operation Of Infrastructures Created Under The Project.
