    Scope Of Work Shifting Of Chemicals Like Biocide, Hydrazine Hydrate, Tsp,Hsp, Organophosphonate Etc From Chemical Godown To Respective Dosing Points, 2.Shifting Of Empty Carbuoys And Barrels To Chemical Godown As And When Required.Quantity Of Chemicals About 450Mt In One Year B. Operation Of Chemical Dosing System At Cw Pump House. 1.Operating Chlorination Plant Of Unit-8 2.Addition Of Required Chemicals Namely Sulphuric Acid, Organophosphonate And H S Polymer On A Daily Basis,And Biocide And Biodispersant Periodically At Regular Intervals. 3.Transportation And Shifting Of The Chemicals To The Dosing Point Whenever Required. 4.Segregation Of Empty Chemical Drums And Cans In The Specified Area And Related Cleaning. C.Regeneration Of Polishing Unit 1. Isolation Of The Stator Water Polishing Unit Due For Regeneration 2. Removing The Exhausted Resin From Inside The Unit Into Carboys.(About 80 Liters) 3. Trnsportation Of Resin To D M Plant 4. Opening The Manhole Cover Of One Of The Mixed Bed Unit To Be Regenerated And Adding The Exhausted Resin Into The Vessel. 5. Regeneration Of The Resin Bed 6. Removing The Fresh Resin Into Carboys Again For Taking It To The Site Near Polishing Unit In Station Building. 7. Charging Of The Resin Into The Unit And Taking It In Line For Regular Operation.
