Supply Of Urea For Industrial Use 1.Urea Required For Industrial Purpose Should Be As Per The Specifications That Are Existing For Soil Fertility That Is Nitrogen Content 46%. Urea Should Be Free Of Neem Content, Other Unwanted Ingredients Like Toxic Substances Etc, Which Are Not Fit For Preparing Cattle Feed 2.Urea Which Is Required For Industrial Purpose Should Be Free Flowing Granular Medium/Small Size Is Required (That Is Urea Should Be Free Of Neem Content, Other Unwanted Ingredients Like Toxic Substances Etc, Which Are Not Fit For Preparing Cattle Feed). 3.Urea (Which Is Required For Industrial Purpose) Should Be Palatable When Used For Preparing Cattle Feed, Should Be Free Of Adultration, Free Of Toxic Contents, Moisture Should Be Less Than 12% And Ash Should Be 6-8%. 4.Urea Must Be Packed In Hdpe Bags And Should Have Covering To Prevent Moisture Absorbance. 5.Note : Quantity Of Urea Supplied From The Tenderer Will Be Considered By Lessening The Weight Of Empty Hdpe Bag/ Or Packing Material From The Urea Weight Recorded In The Kmf Cattle Feed Plant Hassan Weigh Bridge. 6.If Tenderer Wish To Supply Urea For Industrial Purpose For Preparing Cattle Feed Other Than The 46% Nitrogen Content, You Must Inform The Purchaser The Nitrogen Content Of The Supplying Urea, Usage Guidelines For Preparing Cattle Feed. Supplier Must Maintain Minimum Stock Of 200 Mt Urea (At Every Month End) At Cfp Hassan As A Reserve Stock For Next Month Production Planning, Failure To Maintain Minimum Stock Of 180 Mt Penalty Of 5% Of Short Stock Urea Cost Value Will Be Imposed.
