| 2 | S&F in repair for 2.5mm dia Plain mild steel wire, galvanised class 3, in hangers including training and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/or to training bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets of any description, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 4 | S&F anodised metal snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605mmx605mm including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | S&F 7mm thick pvc laminated ceiling tile of size 595mm x 595mm in ceiling fixed with screw, u angle, Tee and all other accessories wich will required to fixing the celing as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | M&L in repair polyurethane concrete floor coating system on existing concrete pavement laid in flat or sloping complatible to take ESD self levelling conductive floor coating average thickness of 6mm laid on conductive primer all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions an procedure and of approved colour all as specified and directd by GE the work shall be carried out as under :- Note :- (a) Preparation of existing concrete pavement i.e scrubbing and removal of existing treatment /new PCC floor cleaning of dust, dirt, painting oil, grease, moisturee scarifying, diamond grinding or shor blasting, vacume cleaning etc, toc achive exposed smooth and even aggregate surface free of broom making (Grinding to be done on top surface upto 1.5 to 2mm as required) any finally cleaning the surface by water wash to the satification of Engr-in-Charge. (b) Application of conductive primer for bonding to achive desired bond strength as specified. (c) Provn of self levelling of PU ESD concrete floor of average thickness 6mm of approved colour/shade.(d) Application to be done by trained and certified team of product manufacturer's only. |
| 7 | M&L for racking out existing sealed compound and back up rod of the existing joints 40mm wide by special tools like cutting blades/machines, welding of joints 2mm by using cutting blades of appropriate size , straight and smooth edges, joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and othe deberies, Application of two cats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. The depth of sealant above back rod 8mm. Thereafter filled with closed cell, mediu denisity , crossed linked poloythene foam backup rod for complete length of the joint, over it to be filled with polyurethene joint sealant meeting the requirement mentioned BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30%, complete all as specified and as directed. |
