providing, designing and fixing of OUTDOOR MULTI PLAY STATION FOR KIDS including one straight slide, one spiral slide ,one wave slide, two bridges . Three main post platforms having Designed colorful roof and minimum two stairs. The size should be minimum 6000mm*4500mm*3700mm, fabricated with MS hollow main post of 150mm dia and 3mm thick and other pipe of 50mm dia 3mm dia made up of hot rolled tubular steel and dipped galvanized ,and powder coated 80-120 micron thick using AKZO Nobel or equivalent in desired shade and colour. all joint of pipe should be welded properly and dressed of removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied to be all welding points prior to finishing . High quality plastic fiber /LLDPE plastic to be used with minimum 4mm thickness UV resistant As per designed and colour approved by Engineer in-charge. All material should be anti UV ,Anti heat, safe and Eco friendly . should be fixed in ground strength M25 . complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge regarding material, shape and equipment, colour of metal and fixing of same to the satisfaction of Engineer-in -charge.

Sit Up Station: Providing, designing and fixing of double sit-up station of size 1500 x 1150 x 650 mm fabricated with main post of 140mm dia and 3.00 mm thick and other pipes of 40mm dia 3.00mm thick all pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized, and powder coated using Akzo Nobel or equivalent of 80-120 micron thick. All welding joints of pipe shall be robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Seat and Base plate cover shall be made up of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational moulding with minimum thickness of plastic 4.00mm, colourful and U V resistant environmental friendly. The equipment should be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M25 and J shaped welded bolts and when concrete is set, fix the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with the base plate cover, all complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-Charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour (of metal, seat and pedal), and fixing of equipment etc.

Horse Rider Station: Providing, designing and fixing of horse rider station of size 1000 x 600 x 1100 mm fabricated with main post of 140mm dia and 3.00 mm thick and other pipes of 40mm dia 3.00mm thick all pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized, and powder coated using Akzo Nobel or equivalent of 80-120 micron thick. All welding joints of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Padals shall be made up Nylon alloy with rounded edge of prevent any impact of injury and seat to be made from virgin LLDPE manufactured by rotational moulding with minimum thickness of plastic 4.00mm, colourful and U V resistant environmental friendly. Bearing used shall be maintenance free, duly oiled sealed and self lubricated made by reputed company to be approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Equipment to be fitted within built limiters to prevent unwanted movements. All open ends of pipe to be coloured by GI/LLDPE caps for user safety. The equipment to be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M25 and J shaped welded bolts and once the concrete is set, fix the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with the base plate cover, all complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-Charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour on metal, seat and base cover plate and fixing of equipment etc
